Payment Policy
To reserve your event date:
• 30% deposit required at booking
• 50% payment due 21 days prior to event
• Final guest count and remaining balance due 7 days prior

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
• More than 30 days’ notice: Full refund minus administrative fee
• 30 - 14 days’ notice: Deposit retained
• Less than 14 days: Full payment required
Guest count adjustments must be finalized 7 days before the event.
