Italian wine is known for its high acidity, food-friendly nature, and use of indigenous grape varieties, resulting in styles from light and fresh whites like Pinot Grigio to powerful, complex reds such as Barolo and Chianti. We will have five amazing wines paired with Chef’s Tasting menu.
