A PEEK AT THE MENU ✨
Chef G is planning a menu made for Christmas—think garlic prawns with a cranberry-lemon drizzle, lobster bisque, Cornish game hen with apple-cranberry stuffing, macadamia-crusted barramundi, and slow-braised lamb shank with wild mushroom risotto, and prime rib!
Seasonal starters, elevated holiday entrées, thoughtfully selected wine pairings, and something sweet to finish—it’s Christmas dinner, Chef G style.
Seats open October 1. Our annual Holiday Dinner is always an intimate celebration, so make plans to join us on December 23.
